A redesigned dental clinic website, built for function, trust, and current/new patients.
A well-designed website is often the first impression a patient receives. Trust is key for medical practices of all kinds, including dentists. A welcoming, informative, and user-friendly website is a great way to build that trust.
The website focuses on simplicity with clear communication and navigation. The website design began with establishing sitemaps, information architecture and low-fidelity wireframes. I then moved on to rapidly design high-fidelity prototypes and test them with stakeholders. After exhausting our testing, I finalised the design in Figma and then worked on creating the website with Framer.
A core strategy for this website was to take the time to get to know the dentist, their practice, their ethos and what makes the practice unique. The website has been created to reflect the practice and to create a beautiful online space that truly portrays what your practice is all about and, more importantly, captures the attention of those who visit it.
Establishing an intuitive user experience for patients allows them to contact and make reservations as easily and smoothly as possible, as well as to find the information they need quickly.

One of our challenges was understanding where the general information turns into a technical one in a customer journey to facilitate user experience. In this phase, we designed a landing page before the whole website structure and design were finalized.
It was essential to be consistent when designing new pages and elements as we wanted to create a simplistic and intuitive design, where users would feel a sense of trust, professionalism, and invitation. Therefore, we put together a design system that elicits this mood in use of its colours, typography,
